All prep services listed below include:
- Receiving, inspection, sorting
- Tag/sticker removal
- Creating shipping plans & shipments
- Outbound boxes
- Void fill & dunnage
- Assigning box content via our Preplandia WMS (warehouse managment system) or Inventory Lab
- Creating/printing shipping labels.
Level 1
0-100 Units Per Month
With the “0 to 100″ Units per Month Option, your monthly retainer of $100 is due at the beginning of your billing period, starting with today, and will remain as a credit balance on your account for this month. Prep fees for the month will be deducted from the credit balance. The retainer is non-refundable and credit balances remaining at the end of the month will only rollover to the following month for new clients.
Throughout the month, you’ll accrue Prep Fees at the following rates:
• $2.00 per Standard Item (under 16″ on longest side)
• Polybagging Included
• Bundles: Same per Unit Price – up to 4 items per Bundle
• $2.50 per Oversized Item (over 16″ on longest side)
- Returns: $2 per returned item includes inspection and return to inventory or vendor, if applicable
Once you’ve your accrued Prep Fees have exceeded the amount you’ve pre-paid, we will begin invoicing you for each shipment.
Level 2
100-300 Units Per Month
With the “100-300″ Units per Month Option, your monthly retainer of $100 is due at the beginning of your billing period, starting with today, and will remain as a credit balance on your account for this month. Prep fees for the month will be deducted from the credit balance. The retainer is non-refundable and credit balances remaining at the end of the month will only rollover to the following month for new clients.
Throughout the month, you’ll accrue Prep Fees at the following rates:
• $1.75 per Standard Item (under 16″ on longest side)
• Polybagging Included
• Bundles: Same per Unit Price – up to 4 items per Bundle
•$2.25 per Oversized Item (over 16″ on longest side)
- Returns: $1.75 per returned item includes inspection and return to inventory or vendor, if applicable

300-1,000 Units Per Month
With the “300-1,000″ per Month Option, your monthly retainer of $100 is due at the beginning of your billing period, starting with today and will remain as a credit balance on your account for the month. The retainer is non-refundable and credit balances remaining at the end of the month will only rollover to the following month for new clients.
